What we are About
MUCFers after walking to Waikanae in '07
MUCF is affiliated with MUSA and is part of an International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). Our goal is to be students reaching students for Christ. We are interdenominational and we believe that God is sovereign, powerful and can change lives. We seek to study God's word and to live it out on our campus.
If you look at the banner being held up in the photo you will see four icons below the words 'Massey University Christian Fellowship' - these represent the four values we try to uphold as Christians living for God on campus.
The first image is of a flame and it represents True Witness. True witness means being genuine about our beliefs and living them out in both word and deed. True Witness is about living with integrity.
The three circles which are overlapping represent undivided life. Basically God is not limited to church but is present and active in every area of our life.
The swirl represents deep thought. To help us do this TSCF has its own bookstore, called Catalyst.
The last icon represents Gobal Outreach. MUCF supports groups, just like us, in India, Fiji and Ecuador.
